My transformation process began eighteen years ago, when I lost my mother, aunts, cousins and grandmother to cancer. 
Going through these situations led me to the path of self-healing, where I am today and for which I discovered my passion.
I transformed all my pain, frustration and emptiness into being able to help others to be happier, more confident and most importantly healthier. 
It wasn\u2019t until several years later that I was able to realize that this, in addition to helping, had become my passion and job. <\/h2>

Healthy Cook, which is another of my passions “The elaboration of healthy dishes, drinks, snacks and desserts for the daily transformation of my own lifestyle”.
