\u00a0<\/span>After all the adversities that life put in my way, I decided to emigrate to Sweden where my life was turned upside down. As I could not practice my profession as an Economist and Administrator because I did not speak Swedish, I had to reinvent myself; so I opened a dance school, where for more than fifteen years I have taught these wonderful Scandinavians our typical Latin American dances, among others. With them I combine fitness and dance, and the truth is that they saved my life! From that moment on, health and fitness became\u00a0<\/span>MY PASSION<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

My permanent interest in learning about food and health, motivated me to prepare myself academically and acquire training in all areas of wellness such as epigenetics, nutrigenomics, integrative medicine, nutrigenetics, nutrition, sports, health, dance, fitness, habit changes and holistic living.<\/span><\/p>

All this allowed me to\nacquire the right knowledge to feel fulfilled, I have applied it first on\nmyself and then I have shared it with thousands of people, helping them to\ncreate and sustain the healthy habits indispensable to have a happy and healthy\nlife in a flexible, fun, energetic and rewarding way for them.\nI decided to go one\nstep further in my project of integrated wellness and to have a more accurate\nknowledge of what we humans are at a cellular and biological level and that is\nhow I came to Epigenetics <\/b>(the science of gene expression) from the hand of the\nprestigious Dr. Martin Azanza<\/b>, one of the world\u2019s leading\nreferences in this science, who introduced me to this spectacular and\ninteresting world. \n\n\nBeing able to count on\ncutting-edge bio-information technology and combine it with nutrition through\npersonalized food plans according to the biomarkers of each person, has led\nMartin and me and our team to create an impressive synergy which we have called \u201cEpi nutrition\u00ae<\/i><\/b>\u201d (Nutrition based on epigenetic biomarkers).\n\n\nWe work and know all\nthe principles of natural and organic medicine getting a direct way to meet the\nneeds of people that give us the possibility to accompany them in the process\nof optimization.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
