It is true that we are what we eat and absorb. We really are what we absorb because you are an extension of your environment, which includes absolutely EVERYTHING from your thoughts and belief systems, nutrition, training, adequate sleep, exposure to sunlight, and last but not least, everything you choose to put in and out of your body. So never forget, if you change your perception, thoughts and decisions, you can change your genetic destiny and achieve your goals and optimize your health.

“Food that works for one person may be poison for another”, and that’s why fad diets, seemingly miracle diets or flash diets don’t last over time. That’s why I created this “coaching” to help you develop your own individualized brands of wellness to take small progressive steps together to optimize your lifestyle and finally find your balance.
Applying this principle, I will help you create a unique “Method” that will only work for you. You will receive my support to make positive changes based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences and ancestral background.
My coaching aproach
We will use a personalized and holistic approach to consolidate success so you never go back to the way you were before. My coaching approach to habit change, nutrition and holistic living for health and wellness optimization: in a nutshell, it means looking at how all areas of your life are connected to each other. Stress in your work or relationships? Lack of sleep or energy?
When we work together, we’ll look at how all parts of your life affect your overall health and take action.
My approach is not about eliminating carbs, counting calories, skipping fats, eating gray or everything on the grill, eating only protein or salads. It’s not about creating lists of restrictions or good and bad foods.
Instead, I work with my clients to create fun and colorful nutrition filled with the nutrients your body needs that will help you achieve a happy and healthy life in a way that is safe, flexible and rewarding for you.
