How do we create habits?
The key element is repetition, the more we repeat a behavior the less effort it takes us to carry it out until it reaches the point that we do it practically without thinking on autopilot.
We are the ones who establish these habits based on our way of being, acting and based on different influences, for example our education at home, friendships, values, our learning histories, preferences, that’s why different people have so many different habits.
Do not change everything at once, apply a strategy, choose and commit to one change at a time in this way you will gain mastery over yourself and you will begin to see progress that will help you incorporate more positive changes.

changes
With DO NO make abrupt changes, because they are not the best for our brain and for a habit to be established in our life it has to have the opposite effect.
It does not take 21 days to create a habit, the habit can be created in less time or in much more time and it all depends on a super important factor FREQUENCY!
TO CONSOLIDATE A HABIT IT REQUIRES THESE THREE THINGS
REMINDER
Is a stimulus that tells us to carry out the behavior.
ROUTINE
It is the behavior itself.
REWARD
Is the positive consequence that comes from having carried it out and that our brain knows that it is worthwhile to carry out that habit.
For the change to be sustainable over time, it must be:
One at a time: Slow to take hold in your life.
Easy and adaptable to your lifestyle.
For enjoyment: No comparisons and realistic.
By intrinsic motivation and not by extrinsic.
